Brown leather armchair

Description

It was gifted from someone in the building for a restoration project but we never got round to fixing it. Damage on the leather (I think it's leather? Not sure) and an on the side. It has wheels too. It's honestly really comfortable and I'm going to be sad to see it go. If this gets fixed up, I think it'll fetch a decent amount of money.
