Sofa as shown in photo with cushions. This has a small tear under the left seat base but it has no detrimental effect on the comfort or strength of the sofa. It has the fire safety labels attached. It is a heavy piece of furniture and will require two strong people and at least a transit van for transportation. This will be available either Saturday or Sunday this week. Being Oak Furnitureland it isn't flat pack so taker will need to get it downstairs and use an appropriate vehicle to take away. It has a small bit of damage to one of the drawers (see photo) but this can be easily covered up.
