In good condition but has been painted on the outside and then stored in a garage and is marked on the top, so requires a good clean up and possibly sanding back to the original wood or repainting. They are all in pretty good condition with plenty of wear left in the cushions and backs, although one of the units has a split seam across the cushion - a simple repair for someone, or useable as is.
