School/Lab Style Wooden Drawers

12 oak drawers as you would find in a chemistry lab or similar. Just the drawers, no cabinets. Well-made of oak. The wood is generally in good condition, a few have cracks and the bottom of one drawer is failing. They have been stored in a cellar and had white mould on, they have been dried and the mould has been brushed off. It doesn't seem to have affected the wood. Can be taken as one lot or separately as required.

Three seater sofa

Sofa as shown in photo with cushions. This has a small tear under the left seat base but it has no detrimental effect on the comfort or strength of the sofa. It has the fire safety labels attached. It is a heavy piece of furniture and will require two strong people and at least a transit van for transportation. This will be available either Saturday or Sunday this week.
